Delta Green: Invasive Species

The suburbs of O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, are in plagued by strange illnesses. The most visible is Jackson Keona, a young man who has developed a rare and bizarre eye cancer, but reports of skin rashes, hair loss, and seizures are too frequent to ignore. 

The public blames the Navy, as leaks from their fuel tanks in 2021 poisoned water around Honolulu. Conspiracy theorists claim that a newly-built VLF is unleashing harmful radiation, or a washed-up WWII submarine must be emitting toxins from a hidden plutonium core. 

Protests build, people are dying. The economy teeters, and old tensions resurface. 

Enter the Agents.
